Basics and Fundamentals​ for Beginners
In this introductory Tai Chi course we teach everyone the absolute fundamentals of Tai Chi. These fundamentals will be the crucial foundation in which you can truly bring out your inner health, energy and longevity.

Over this course, the student will grasp many concepts that are core to Tai Chi physically, mentally and spiritually.

Recommended level: Those who are new or just curious about Tai Chi

  • Become proficient with "the 13 Basic Moves " that are the building blocks to unlock a deeper appreciation of the art and oneself

Beginner Tai Chi Class (General 1)
When:   Mondays morning:          10 – 11 am;
                       Mondays evening:           5:30 – 6:30 pm

Please enter through the middle door on the back.
Wear lose clothing and flat sole shoes.

☯ Tai Chi II ☯

Intermediate Movement and Concepts

Throughout our Intermediate Tai Chi class, the student will begin to fully appreciate the ebb and flow of motion and energy that is central to the art of Tai Chi. ​You will be taught new concepts as well as expand upon your existing current body of knowledge.

Having a grasp on the foundation of Tai Chi, the student is encouraged to continue their journey towards the destination of their choosing whether it be personal health or martial pursuits. All efforts in the advanced courses will ultimately promote health, vigor and longevity.

Recommended level: Those who have a grasp of the fundamentals

Course Highlights

  • Further develop skills and concepts obtained in the intro class
  •  "Four Directional Tail Cradle" ,  Short Forms
  • Intermediate Form Practice  with focus on Nine Sections and Three Coordination for both inside and outside
  • Become proficient with the art of single and two handed "push hands"
  • Learn the methods and ways of the two handed"push hands"
  • Deepen the attunement of your inner health and energy



☯ Tai Chi III ☯

Advancing Your Journey in Tai Chi

Students in our most advanced course will receive guidance on the classic Tai Chi 28 Forms, a string of motions that has been practiced for hundreds of years that ties together everything practiced in prior classes.

At this stage, there is no definable “next level” as the student will have under them the concrete foundations to pursue Tai Chi as part of their lifestyles.

Much like an artist who enjoys the act of painting and creation will pursue further improvements where they can, so too will the student continue to hone their craft and develop deeper ties to their inner harmony and balance.

Recommended level: Those who have actively practiced at least a year

  • Continuous improvement and advancement in the previous forms and methods taught
  • 115 Traditional Long  Forms
  • Free Flow "Push Hands",  Martial Applications

We offer personal one on one classes where I am able to help understand your specific needs and help bring fourth the methods and concepts that is right for you.

This is recommended for those who wish to add additional progress to their current lessons and/or those who prefer a much more personalized, customized and specific plan.
